Clarke McKay worked with Frasers Property to supply and install all fixtures and tapware to 2 separate office blocks consisting of male, females, and disabled amenities. This project also required trade waste drainage. Therefore, Clarke McKay was required to supply and install over 86m of stainless-steel trench drains to the seafood processing area. Additional installations for this project included, hot water service, fire hose reel and cold-water service, sewer drainage, fire hydrant service and 2 x 250,000L rainwater tanks supplying rainwater to the toilet flushing and irrigation system.
