Callum McKay
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Callum founded Clarke McKay Pty Ltd in 2004 after working for WG Clarke for 22 years and taking over the company and renaming the company Clarke McKay Pty Ltd. Callum has over 43 years of experience in the plumbing/construction industry and is well known and respected in the industry. Callum has a wealth of knowledge working on schools, hospitals, aged care centres, leisure centres and industrial warehouses. Callum is not only a business owner but an advocate for the next generation of plumbers. He has been the president of the Master Plumbers and Mechanical Contractors Association NSW in 2018, 2019 and 2020, who provide training and apprentices.
Alistair McKay
Estimator / Project administrator
Alistair has over 10 years’ experience in the plumbing and construction industry, working as a plumber / estimator. Alistair is a 4th generation plumber and has a passion for the industry. Working as an estimator and project administrator he has developed excellent communication and organisation skills including great technical knowledge.
Wade Hawkes
Project manager
Wade has been with Clarke McKay for 5 years.
Wade has over 25 years’ experience in the plumbing / construction industry and has been in charge of a number of medium to large commercial projects that he has delivered on time and on budget.
Rodney Archer
Project manager
Rodney has been with Clarke McKay for 16 years.
Rodney has over 33 years’ experience in the plumbing / construction industry and has been in charge of a number of medium to large commercial projects that he has delivered on time and on budget.
Matt Brazel

Brendan has over 30 years’ experience in the plumbing / construction industry as a drainer and project manager and has been involved in numerous medium to large projects.
