Clarke McKay worked with Frasers Property to supply and install all male, female and disabled fixtures and tapware to one warehouse, a one storey office and dock office. An extensive sewer and drainage system were implemented. Additional installations for this project included, a 36m fire hose reel, cold water service, hot water, fire hydrant service and 100,000L rainwater tank.
